Prof. Dr. Markus Feufel
Head of Division
My goal is to understand how work systems adapt to changing demands, such as technological developments, and how we can empower people in these systems to help shape this adaptation effectively and actively. With respect to teaching, my goal is to provide students with the necessary tools to perform independent Human Factors research and identify and evaluate situation-specific applications critically.
Fields of Interest:
- Bounded rationality and decision-making under uncertainty
- Transparent risk communication and informed decision-making
- Influence of technology on work and decision processes
