As a research associate, I support the project Mittelstand 4.0 - Competence Center Usability for small and medium-sized companies by integrating usability methods into the agile development process.
Additionally I conduct research on customer experience and develop measurement tools for digital touchpoints.
Fields of interest:
- Measurement tools in the area of digital customer experience
- Integration of user-centered methods into the agile development process
- Maturity models and measurement tools in agile and agile ux
