As a PhD-student I give courses about decision making and human environment interaction. I am keen to learn about the manifold interactions between human being/user/worker and their mediate environment. Furthermore, I study how this environment influences human thinking and decision making.
Fields of interest:
- Architecture of Decision making (Nudging)
- Impact of environment on thinking, decision making and behaving (Embodiment)
- Digitalization and its influence on thinking and work behavior.
Publications:
- May, D. & Meier, F. (2013) Measuring negative forms of leadership: Preliminary evidence for factor structure and criterion validity of a revised version of Shaw, Erickson and Harvey’s (2011) destructive leadership questionnaire.
